Families who may be considering withdrawing their child from St Mark’s at the end of this year are reminded that the School’s Acceptance Agreement states that a full term’s notice in writing must be given before the withdrawal of a child from the School. Failure to provide such notice will involve the payment of a full term’s fees.
If you intend to withdraw your child from St Mark’s, please submit the online Withdrawal Form.
A reminder that family account payments are due as follows:
Please ensure payments are completed by the due dates to keep accounts up to date.
If you have any questions or require assistance with your payment, please don’t hesitate to email Family Accounts familyaccounts@stmarks.wa.edu.au or call on 9403 1338.
If you are leaving St Mark's at the end of the year, please remember to download all of your child's reports from SEQTA. Access to SEQTA will be unavailable after 31 December 2026 to students and parents who no longer attend our School.

Mark your calendars and gather your family and friends for one of the most festive nights of the year! Our Community Christmas Carols will return to the St Mark's Junior School Oval on Friday 27 November, bringing together our School and wider community for an evening of Christmas cheer.
From 5.00pm, the oval will come alive with plenty of family-friendly entertainment and activities. Enjoy delicious food truck offerings or BYO picnic, challenge your friends and family to giant games, and make the most of the festive atmosphere before the main event begins.
For those looking to elevate their picnic experience, beautifully prepared grazing boxes from Graze Cartel are available to pre-order, making it easy to relax and enjoy the evening.
Throughout the night, our talented students will take to the stage with a range of music and dance performances that showcase the creativity and spirit of our School community. Of course, no Christmas celebration would be complete without a special visit from Santa Claus, who is sure to delight children and adults alike.
As the sun sets, everyone will be invited to join in the much-loved Christmas Carols sing-along, filling the evening with festive favourites and helping to kick-start the holiday season.
Whether you're a current family, Old Scholar, neighbour or friend of the School, we invite you to bring a picnic rug, settle in on the lawn and enjoy a wonderful evening of community, celebration and Christmas spirit.
