• PP & Y1 PIANO CONCERT - Thursday 6 November, 1.30pm in the PAC. The piano teacher has contacted parents of participating piano students regarding this event. Pre-Primary and Year 1 classes will attend this event.
  
  
• ELC NATIVITY PLAYS - Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 December, 9.00am in the PAC
  More details are included in a separate item in this Bulletin.
  Tuesday 2 December: Parents/Carers of Kindy Starfish and both Pre-Primary classes invited to attend
  Wednesday 3 December: Parents/Carers of Kindy Turtles and both Year 1 classes invited to attend
  Parents/Carers should only attend once on the day allocated to their youngest child.
  Kindy children will only perform once but all Pre-Primary and all Year 1 students will perform on both days.
  Y2-5 students will be invited to attend one of the dress rehearsals so it will not be necessary for Y2-5 siblings to attend the actual performances.
  Tickets (free): Due to limited seating in the PAC, initially only three tickets will be available for each family. Split families may book two seats per parent - a total of four tickets. Bookings will open from 4.00pm on Friday 14 November through Trybooking. (A link has been provided in a separate item in this Bulletin.) Please note that it is essential to book your initial tickets within seven days and to keep a record of your seat allocations.
  
  
• K-12 STUDENT FREE DAY - Monday 17 November
  The School will be closed for students on this day.
  
  
• KINDY TURTLES MOVIE IN THE PAC – Friday 5 December
  This is the last attendance day for Kindy Turtles. Teachers may include more details via SeeSaw.
  
  
• K-12 COMMUNITY CAROLS SERVICE - Friday 5 December, 5-7pm
  Families are encouraged to bring a picnic and visitors are welcome. More details will be included in Bulletins closer to the event date.
  
  
• PP DECADANCE EXCURSION – Monday 8 December, 11.00am - 1.30pm
  More details will be made available via Consent2Go. Please respond as soon as the invite is received.

Brief Details

• Letter to current Year 1 to Year 4 students: Junior School Orientation Day
  (current Y1-4 students are to wear their House uniform on Orientation Day and report to their current 2025 classrooms as usual on that day)

Monday 17 November is a scheduled Student Free Day as it is a Curriculum Planning Day for staff.

Parents will need to make alternative arrangements for the care of their child/children on this day.

A reminder that family account payments are due as follows:

• Fortnightly payments: Due 21 November 2025
• Monthly direct debits: Due 25 November 2025
• Term payments: Were due 28 October 2025

Please ensure payments are completed by the due dates to keep accounts up to date.

Also, please keep in mind that the last day of trading for 2025 will be Monday 8th December 7.45am - 11.15am.

To assist in the planning for 2026, if your child is not planning on returning to the St Mark's, could you please inform the School in writing to the Principal at your earliest convenience.

If you are leaving St Mark's at the end of the year, please remember to download all of your child's reports from SEQTA. Access to SEQTA will be unavailable after 31 December 2025 to students and parents who no longer attend our School.

St Mark's is again looking for volunteers to assist with supervision for the upcoming Year 11 exams from Tuesday 4 November to to Friday 14 November.

Sessions are broken up into two time slots, morning (08:00am to 12:00pm) and afternoon (1:15pm to 4:45pm).
