• PP & Y1 PIANO CONCERT - Thursday 6 November, 1.30pm in the PAC. The piano teacher has contacted parents of participating piano students regarding this event. Pre-Primary and Year 1 classes will attend this event.
  
  
• ELC NATIVITY PLAYS - Tuesday 2 and Wednesday 3 December, 9.00am in the PAC
  More details will be made available in the next few weeks.
  Tuesday 2 December: Parents/Carers of Kindy Starfish and both Pre-Primary classes invited to attend
  Wednesday 3 December: Parents/Carers of Kindy Turtles and both Year 1 classes invited to attend
  Parents/Carers should only attend once on the day allocated to their youngest child.
  Kindy children will only perform once but all Pre-Primary and all Year 1 students will perform on both days.
  Y2-5 students will be invited to attend one of the dress rehearsals so it will not be necessary for Y2-5 siblings to attend the actual performances.
  Tickets (free): Due to limited seating in the PAC, initially only three tickets will be available for each family. A total of four tickets will be available for a split family. Bookings will open from 4.00pm on Friday 14 November through Trybooking. (A link will be provided via the ELC Weekly Bulletin closer to this date.) Please note that it is essential to book your initial tickets within seven days and to keep a record of your seat allocations.
  
  
• K-12 STUDENT FREE DAY - Monday 17 November
  The School will be closed for students on this day.
  
  
• K-12 COMMUNITY CAROLS SERVICE - Friday 5 December, 5-7pm

Book club catalogues went home this week. Orders can only be made online so there is no need to send any paperwork back to school. Orders are due WEDNESDAY 29 OCTOBER.

How to order Book club online

1. Log in, or create a new account at LOOP
2. New parents can follow the wizard to set up a child’s profile.
3. Click the ORDER tab and select the child’s school and issue of Book club.
4. Select your child’s name.
5. Enter the product item number from the Book club catalogue.
6. Apply promotional codes that children may have earned from previous issues.
7. Make a payment via credit card.
8. Feel great about the scholastic rewards that have been earned for the school!

Earlier this year envelopes with an enrolment form, FAQ sheet and a reply-paid envelope from Dental Health Services (DHS) was sent home to all our Pre-Primary families. Envelopes are being resent (22 October) to those Pre-Primary families who have not yet responded via the earlier enrolment form. Please remember to fill in the enrolment form, pop it in the reply-paid envelope, and put it in your nearest post box.

Once your form is received by Dental Health Services, their team will register your child and arrange for you to receive an appointment in the mail.

If you wish to opt out of this service, please write this across the front page of the form in large letters and return the form in the reply-paid envelope provided. DHS will then delete your child from their list.

The Parents Prayer Group (PPG) meet fortnightly to pray for the students, staff and school community.

We will be meeting every second Friday 2pm in the School Chapel. We will be meeting on Friday 24/10, 7/11, 21/11, and 5/1. Please sign in at reception. All are welcome.

Your input will provide valuable insights into the St Mark’s experience, and your feedback will guide thoughtful, informed decisions that reflect the shared needs and aspirations of everyone at St Mark’s.
