Free webinar: End of Year Anxiety
This time of year can be pretty hectic. First we have the scramble to finish up 2019 and prepare for whatever new stage 2020 might bring for each of the kids in your family. Even if you do get to enjoy some time off, holidays and family traditions can present challenges including:
- disrupted routines
- changes in sleep patterns
- financial pressure
- pressure to get everything ‘just perfect’
- dealing with tricky emotions around family traditions (especially after loss, separation or painful memories).
Tempers can be frayed and emotions can run high. Maggie Dent is offering a free webinar on tackling this issue.

Ride and Stride for Sarcoma
Earlier this year, a School family, the Hoogenkamps, lost their teenage son Kristian to Alveola Rhabdomyosarcoma. The Ride & Stride event is a fundraiser to enable further medical research into this rare cancer. Another School family have chosen to participate in support of the Hoogekamps by entering this challenge and raising funds for research. You can make a donation here. All donations from this event will be put towards sarcoma research through the Hollywood Private Hospital Research Foundation.
