IT Help Desk

The IT Help Desk is located on the ground floor of the Tony Stopher Library and Information Centre (entrance from Quadrangle end).

The IT Help Desk is open from 8am to 4pm, and students can pop in at any time (with the permission of their teacher). Alternatively, please email it@stmarks.wa.edu.au and the one of the Team will respond. The IT Help Desk is also open during the School holidays, but kindly request that you email before attending on campus, as some issues can be resolved over the phone.

If you have an HP laptop through the School's HP Portal (incl. Accidental Damage Protection cover), you can liaise with the IT Help Desk or may choose to call HP directly on 13 10 47. You will need the serial number located on the laptop.

Please note that the IT Help Desk does not provide support for devices purchased independently of the School's HP Portal. However, if your child experiences an issue, they may request a loan laptop while their device is being repaired. Conditions apply.
