  • The Value of Early Intervention

    It is now well recognised that language skills and sensory, motor and perceptual abilities provide the foundation necessary for the development of many school skills. Early intervention has been found to be very effective in reducing later academic problems in children. St Mark’s has introduced a speech and occupational therapy screening service for Kindergarten and some Pre-Primary children in the Early Learning Centre.
